Earystane Quarry provides locally sourced aggregate to the Isle of Man

Earystane (Manx Building Stone)

Earystane building stone provides aesthetic architectural solutions from rustic rural to modern urban styles. Earystane stone can be used on both external structure and internal features providing a range of visual effects.

The locally sourced aggregate is selected to individual requirements for landscaping and structual products from our quarry located in the parish of Arbory. The quarry lies within a reserve of hard rock of the Manx Group within the Maughold formation.

The building stone is hand selected in order to enable the desired appearance to be achieved. Being sourced from a Manx quarry, Earystane has a low carbon footprint in comparison with imported stone.

Average coverage of building stone is 3.5mtrĀ² to the tonne. This is based on maximum 225mm depth and may vary according to mortar joint size.
